A Word of God to reflect on this week

Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. (Philippians 2:5-8 ESV)  Who am I? Who is God? What has He done? How much does He love me? How can I respond?

“My family and I love St. Paul Lutheran School in Catonsville…Reading is a primary focus which I truly appreciate.  In addition, Spanish, music, art classes and so much more is included in their curriculum.  The entire St. Paul Lutheran staff, especially the principal, makes a point to know your child’s name and assumes an active role in his/her academic journey while enrolled.  I would highly recommend this school for Catonsville residents or neighboring counties if you want your children to receive a great education in a safe environment.”

“I am in this world but not of this world.  My faith is presented each day with struggles that try to pull me away from God.  I hold onto God’s Word as my foundation of faith.”    — Youth
